How we work.

Five principles. Each one describes a behaviour, not a poster.

01 Ship the real thing. A working agent or a sample in your hand beats a perfect deck.
02 Taste is a skill. We argue about details because the people who use our work feel them.
03 AI first, judgment always. Use every tool. You still own the decision, and the result.
04 Write it down. Six or seven hours separate our hubs. If it isn’t written, it didn’t happen.
05 Direct, then useful. Say what you think, then help fix it.
