1. Site owner
Under Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003, the site www.blulang.co is run by Francesco Testatonda, a sole proprietorship trading as BluLang, based in Civitanova Marche (MC), VAT number IT02117170437. Email: write to BluLang. Certified email (PEC): certified email (PEC).
2. Content rights
The texts, images, videos, graphics, logos and code on the site are protected by Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 and belong to the owner or to whoever authorized their use.
Without written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute or modify the content, or use it for commercial purposes. You may quote short extracts, citing the source with a link to the page, and share links to the site's pages.
3. Client work and third-party trademarks
The names and trademarks of clients and of the other parties mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate the work carried out. Mentioning them does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
4. Content generated with artificial intelligence
The painterly illustrations on the site and some videos are generated with generative artificial intelligence tools, then selected and reviewed by BluLang. They do not show real places or events as they actually appear. This statement is made under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
The agent's replies, on the home page and on the contact page, are written by Claude, an artificial intelligence model by Anthropic, and carry the label “AI answer”. They may contain errors and are neither a quote nor a commitment: every brief is read by a person at BluLang.
5. Reports and removals
To report content you believe infringes your rights: write to BluLang, including the page address, the right you believe has been infringed and your contact details. We reply within 10 business days.
6. External links
The site contains links to third-party sites, such as client sites, Google Calendar and Instagram. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
7. Limitation of liability
The information on the site is meant to inform and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from the inability to use it.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005); in all other cases, the courts of Macerata (Italy) have jurisdiction.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we process personal data, and which cookies the site uses, is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
