You will find, qualify and manage the suppliers behind our physical products, and make sure what arrives matches what was designed. You will be the link between our designers and engineers and the factories around Guangzhou, and the person who knows what is really possible, by when and at what cost.
What you will do.

- 01 Find and qualify suppliers for components, materials and assembly.
- 02 Run requests for quotation, samples and negotiations.
- 03 Agree quality plans, inspections and acceptance criteria with suppliers.
- 04 Track cost, lead time and risk across the supply base.
- 05 Translate between design intent and factory reality, in both directions.
- 06 Report clearly to the Studio in Milano and to clients.
What you bring.

- Experience in sourcing or supplier quality for manufactured products.
- A strong network among manufacturers in southern China.
- Negotiation and organisation you can prove.
- Fluent Mandarin and good English.
- Clear written reports.
