This is a translation of the Italian text, which prevails if the two differ.
1. What cookies are
Cookies, and similar tools such as the browser's localStorage, are small files that a site saves on your device. Technical cookies are needed to run the site and do not require consent (Article 122, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). The others are turned on only if you choose to.

The Google Analytics script is not loaded until you accept: if you reject, or close the banner, no request is sent to Google. Google's advertising signals stay off in any case, because the site does no advertising. The data collected stays in Google Analytics for 14 months.
4. Content from other services
The site does not embed videos, maps or posts from other services. “Book a call” and Instagram are links: they open on the Google and Instagram websites, which use their own cookies and have their own privacy policies.
5. How to change your mind
Press the button below, or “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: the banner opens again and you can change your choice. If you withdraw consent, this site deletes the Google Analytics cookies right away.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. If you reject or close the banner
The site still works, all of it. Closing the banner with the X or the Esc key is not a rejection: it means continuing to browse with the default settings, that is, without any non-technical cookies. The choice stays saved for 6 months, so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
7. Recipients and transfers
The analytics data goes to Google Ireland Ltd., which may transfer it to Google LLC, in the United States, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses. The controller, your rights and complaints are covered in the privacy policy.
