The role

You will design the websites, stores, platforms and agent experiences we build, from the first sketch to the last detail in production. You will make complex systems feel simple, and you will sit close enough to engineering to see your designs ship exactly as intended.

What you will do.

  1. 01 Design interfaces for websites, stores, platforms and dashboards.
  2. 02 Design the conversations and handovers of AI agents.
  3. 03 Prototype early and test with real people.
  4. 04 Build and care for a design system engineers enjoy using.
  5. 05 Stay with engineering until what ships matches what was designed.
  6. 06 When a product has hardware, design the moment the screen meets the object.

You have
  • A portfolio of shipped digital products.
  • Strong interaction and visual design, with care for detail.
  • Fast prototyping, and comfort with AI design tools.
  • The ability to explain a decision in writing.
  • Clear English.
Nice to have
  • Front-end skills.
  • Designing for AI or voice.
  • Italian or Mandarin.
