Check-ups and hygiene sessions slip off the calendar. HolDent needed patients reminded when a visit is due, and clear answers for those looking.

Two clinics, Gemini in Brescia and Pentagon in Corte Franca. Reminders had to start on their own, and the site had to answer the questions patients ask before they book.

From the clinics’ records, the list of patients due for a check-up or a hygiene session, updated on its own.

Informative pages for each clinic, treatment and common problem, with structured data and answers written to be cited by ChatGPT and Google AI.

Reminders on WhatsApp, tracked from the message to the appointment: a continuous system instead of one-off campaigns.
